Georgie Brooks is a contemporary jeweller based in Melbourne, Australia. She sources unique hand-cut precious Australian gemstones to create bespoke and unique commission pieces that can be worn every day for a lifetime. She works predominantly using the lost wax casting technique and most of her pieces are one-off unique creations. Her work is also represented by galleries in Melbourne and Adelaide.

"I first saw Georgie’s rings at KIN (Canberra) and eg etal (Melbourne). My girlfriend (now wife!) fell in love with the style and we decided to get a custom commission as an engagement ring. I worked with Georgie for close to 8 months over email, describing the aesthetic elements of her other works that my partner liked. George kept me updated with stone options, then we worked on the ring design over email. It took us a long time to decide on some of the features of the ring but Georgie didn’t rush us, she was supportive, patient, and communicated regularly with me throughout the process, sending me updates on the ring construction process. We ultimately ended up having a friend bring the ring from Australia to NYC, and it fit perfectly first time! The result is absolutely beautiful, a completely one-of-a-kind ring that perfectly matches my wife’s aesthetic. She is constantly fielding compliments from everyone who sees her ring.
