  • Our jewellery is handcrafted and may have slight variations.

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen.

  • Natural stones may vary in colour, inclusions, and texture.

These variations are not considered faults, but part of the beauty of handcrafted work.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice.

We accept payment via the payment methods available at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).

Your order will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email is an acknowledgement only and does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is a pricing or listing error

  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

6. SHIPPING

We ship within Australia with Australia Post and may offer international shipping depending on availability. A blanket $10 (AUD) per package will be charged.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable).

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or refusal of delivery.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns for change of mind unless stated otherwise.

If a return is approved at our discretion, the item must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

9. EARRINGS & HYGIENE

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, except where they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

10. CUSTOM, BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale.

This includes:

  • Bespoke engagement rings

  • Custom jewellery designs

  • Made-to-order items (unless faulty)

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

11. REPAIRS

We may offer repairs for Georgie Brooks jewellery depending on the nature of the issue.

Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping costs for repairs may apply.

12. GIFT CARDS

If gift cards are offered:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
